Want zó werken wij. - samen met de cliënten werk je aan het vergroten van hun zelfredzaamheid en het verbeteren van hun kwaliteit van leven. - je neemt initiatief en kan proactief handelen. - jouw observaties, ideeën en ervaringen zijn waardevol. Je denkt mee over hoe we zorg voor cliënten iedere dag een beetje beter kunnen maken - je denkt in mogelijkheden en draagt actief bij aan oplossingen die het verschil maken voor cliënten, collega s en jezelf. - je bent toekomstbehendig, gericht op het slim inzetten van vernieuwingen. Waar je dit (anders) doet Bij een zorgorganisatie waar we voor elkaar zorgen. Voor onze cliënten en bewoners, 2.000 collega s en 930 vrijwilligers. Azora biedt zorg en ondersteuning in Gemeente Oude IJsselstreek en Montferland. Wij bieden Zorg Thuis, Behandeling, Revalidatie en Herstel, Palliatieve Zorg, Overbruggingszorg en Wonen met Zorg. Klinkt groots maar zo voelt het niet. Er is aandacht voor de mensen achter de cliënten en bewoners. Die aandacht geef jij als Verzorgende IG binnen de therapeutische omgeving. Binnen de revalidatieafdelingen verblijven cliënten die revalideren. Zij krijgen tijdelijk 24-uurszorg gericht op herstel en het herwinnen van eigen regie. Revalidatie en herstel bestaat uit 5 afdelingen, een mix van revalidatie, overbrugging en acute care, met een totaal van maximaal 70 cliënten.
