Functieomschrijving Onze vier locaties in Utrecht en IJsselstein vormen warme en levendige gemeenschappen, waar mensen elkaar kennen en ondersteunen. Wij zoeken enthousiaste collega's voor de afdeling Verzorgd wonen op onze locatie Ewoud in IJsselstein. Op deze afdeling wonen vooral ouderen met somatische problematiek. Op Verzorgd wonen streven we naar een zo zelfstandig mogelijk leven voor bewoners, met ondersteuning waar nodig. Verzorgd wonen biedt een prettig thuis voor ouderen die niet meer volledig zelfstandig kunnen wonen. Sluit je aan bij ons toegewijde team! Wat ga je doen? Als verzorgende IG verleen je niet alleen zorg maar heb je ook oog voor het welzijn van onze cliënten. Je speelt een actieve rol in het ondersteunen van de algemene dagelijkse handelingen, waarbij je rekening houdt met de individuele behoeften en wensen van elke bewoner. Je weet met je kennis en ervaring een prettige omgeving te creëren voor onze bewoners. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit het verrichten van verpleegtechnische handelingen, het signaleren van veranderingen die van invloed zijn op de gezondheid en het samenwerken met collega's, familieleden en andere zorgprofessionals.
