Dan is deze functie als Verzorgende IG precies wat je zoekt. Zoek jij een baan waarbij je graag onderweg bent? Bij team Veere Noord werken we met passie voor onze cliënten in de dorpen Veere, Gapinge, Vrouwenpolder, Serooskerke, Oostkapelle en Grijpskerke. De zorg is een mooie afwisseling van verpleegtechnische handelingen en persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding, waardoor elke dag weer anders is en je echt iets kan betekenen voor onze cliënten. In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat jouw cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving de zorg krijgen die bij hen past. Jij leert hen écht kennen, waardoor je weet wat ze nodig hebben om zelfstandig en comfortabel te blijven wonen. Je ondersteunt bij persoonlijke verzorging en signaleert veranderingen snel, zodat je samen met collega's de juiste acties kunt ondernemen. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid is er niet alleen goede zorg, maar kunnen cliënten ook zo veel mogelijk hun eigen leven blijven leiden. In jouw werk ga je uit van een zorgplan, waarbij je samenwerkt met collega's, mantelzorgers, huisartsen en andere disciplines. Tijdens jouw werkdag pas je je steeds weer aan, want elke cliënt heeft weer andere eigenschappen en een ander ziektebeeld. Dat maakt jouw werkdag interessant en afwisselend. Jij hebt het onder controle, en dat straal je ook uit. Want ook al ben je bij ons op je werk, wij vinden het belangrijk dat jij je thuisvoelt bij Amarijn.
