Dit is Kloek Amsterdam Bij Kloek Amsterdam wonen ca. 36 mensen met dementie (en een aantal bewoners met somatische grondslag). De bewoners hebben een eigen appartement en een gezamenlijke huiskamer en keuken. Onder goede zorg verstaan we zorg die aansluit bij de beleveningswereld van de bewoner, met respect voor de persoon en diens behoefte aan eigen regie. Dit betekent dat je voortdurend alert bent op wat iemand nodig heeft om zich zo goed mogelijk te voelen. Het antwoord op deze vraag is voor iedere persoon anders en verschilt ook van moment tot moment.

Bij Kloek is elke werkdag anders Je gebruikt je zorgvuldige waarneming om te zien wat een bewoner met dementie op dit moment nodig heeft om zich zo goed mogelijk te voelen. Naast je zorgtaken schep je een veilig en warm thuis door bijvoorbeeld ook voor of met de bewoners te koken en de was te doen. Jouw betrokkenheid en enthousiasme hebben een positief effect op de mensen om je heen.

Blijven leren vinden wij belangrijk Zorgen voor mensen met dementie is uitdagend werk dat bovendien continu in beweging is. Daarom trainen en coachen wij onze medewerkers regelmatig. Het is belangrijk dat je bereid bent om jezelf voortdurend te ontwikkelen.
