Samen werken we aan duurzame inzetbaarheid, herstel en ontwikkeling. 1 FTE Maastricht Informatie Binnen de afdeling Verzuim zijn wij op zoek naar een; VERZUIMCOACH 1 FTE De functie: Als Verzuimcoach ondersteun en coach je leidinggevenden bij complexe vraagstukken rond verzuim, re-integratie en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid van de leidinggevende niet over, maar helpt de leidinggevende om zelf de regie te voeren. Je bent een inhoudelijk specialist, kritische sparringpartner en vraagbaak. Je kijkt verder dan wetten, regels en procedures. Achter ieder verzuimdossier staat een medewerker met eigen mogelijkheden en omstandigheden. Je helpt leidinggevenden om zorgvuldig te handelen, duidelijke afspraken te maken en te blijven kijken naar wat iemand wél kan. Zo draag je bij aan duurzame werkhervatting en een gezonde en betrokken organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij langdurig of frequent verzuim en bij situaties waarin de re-integratie dreigt vast te lopen. Daarbij combineer je inhoudelijke advisering met coaching en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Coachen en adviseren van leidinggevenden bij complexe verzuim- en re-integratievraagstukken; - Ondersteunen bij het voorbereiden en voeren van verzuim- en re-integratiegesprekken; - Adviseren bij weerstand, conflicten, stagnatie of onduidelijkheid over verantwoordelijkheden; - Vertalen van adviezen van de bedrijfsarts naar haalbare acties en afspraken op de werkvloer; - Adviseren over interventies, voorzieningen, passend werk, opbouwschema's en werkhervattingsplannen; - Signaleren van risico's en bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgan...
