Hier combineer je de kracht van een landelijke organisatie met het warme contact van een lokaal team. Als vestigingscontroller bouw jij bij Van Wijnen elke dag aan iets dat ertoe doet. Samen maken we Nederland een stukje mooier, stap voor stap, steen voor steen. Dát bouwen wij. In deze functie word je onderdeel van het regionale finance team van West. Deze regio bestaat uit de bouwvestigingen in Dordrecht, Stolwijk, Haarlemmermeer (Hoofddorp), Amsterdam en Projectontwikkeling. Zelf zal je met name bij Van Wijnen Amsterdam te vinden zijn, aangezien dit de vestiging is waar je als Vestigingscontroller financieel eindverantwoordelijk voor bent. Als regionale afdeling hebben wij het doel om dé partner van projectontwikkeling en de vier bouwbedrijven te zijn. Dit realiseren wij door op een betrouwbare en zichtbare manier de organisatie te informeren en adviseren om de juiste keuzes te maken. Gevoel hebben bij de business is hierbij van cruciaal belang. Naast zichtbaarheid is het maken van een efficiëntieslag hetgeen dat ons bezig houdt. Door kritisch naar de huidige processen te kijken maken we de transitie van registreren en analyseren naar voorspellen en adviseren, om gezamenlijk de juiste keuzes te kunnen maken.
