Voor onze vestiging in Hoorn zijn wij nu op zoek naar een Vestigingsmanager met passie voor verkoop. Deze functie is nieuw voor ons bedrijf. Je zorgt samen met een team van gastvrouwen, verkoopadviseurs, automonteurs, serviceadviseurs en de collega van het magazijn dat klanten graag bij ons binnenkomen. Een Warm Welkom vinden wij belangrijk; fysiek, maar ook per telefoon en per mail. Wie ben jij? Het spreekt voor zich dat je meerdere jaren ervaring hebt in de autoverkoop, want de showroom wordt jouw werkplek ! Je hebt verstand van personen-en bedrijfswagens en snapt de kansen van elektrische auto's. In deze functie werk je ook op zaterdag en ben je vrij op maandag. Het werkgebied van Stokman Hoorn in West-Friesland, onze voorkeur is dan ook dat je in dit gebied woont. Je verantwoordelijkheid in de sales (75%) Dagelijks coach jij de andere twee collega's en brengt jouw kennis en ervaring over. Je herkent kansen, bent resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor de mensen om je heen, want je leert ook vast van hun ! Je bent ambitieus en streeft ernaar om de klantverwachting altijd te overtreffen. Daarom heb je ook oog voor kleine details; zoals een nette showroom. een opgeruimd parkeerterrein en frisse vlaggen.
