Voor onze vestiging in Bunschoten zoeken we een Teamleider die het team helpt groeien, commerciële kansen ziet en samen bouwt aan de volgende stap van de vestiging. Dit ga je doen als Vestigingsmanager Als Teamleider geef je leiding aan een team van collega's binnen relatiebeheer, planning en recruitment. Je bent zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar. Je weet wat er speelt en helpt collega's om hun werk goed en met vertrouwen te doen. Bij AB Midden Nederland krijg je veel ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je krijgt vertrouwen om keuzes te maken en initiatief te tonen. Tegelijk kijk je altijd naar wat goed is voor je team, onze medewerkers en klanten en AB Midden Nederland als geheel. Vanuit Bunschoten bedienen we nu vooral klanten binnen food, techniek, productie en logistiek. Daar ligt een stevige basis. Tegelijk willen we verder groeien en nieuwe klantgroepen en markten ontdekken. Jij helpt die ontwikkeling vorm te geven. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties, ziet waar nieuwe kansen ontstaan en zet deze om in concrete acties. Daarbij houd je oog voor de ontwikkeling en belastbaarheid van je team. Je verdeelt werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig. Ook coach je collega's in hun ontwikkeling. Waar nodig werk je zelf mee in de praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met andere vestigingen en afdelingen binnen AB Midden Nederland. Zo benut je kennis uit de organisatie en versterken we elkaar. Je rapporteert aan de regiomanager.
