Deur modifikasies te ondersteun, te help met PLC-verwante take en jou aktiwiteite duidelik te dokumenteer, help jy om veilige bedrywighede en betroubare produksie te verseker terwyl jy bydra tot voortdurende tegniese en QHSE-verbeterings. - Voer voorkomende en korrigerende onderhoud uit tydens geskeduleerde stilstande en breekdowns om maksimum toerustingbetroubaarheid te verseker. - Inspekteer, evalueer en los toerustingprobleme op, identifiseer die oorsake en herstel defekte voordat dit tot stilstand lei. - Werk saam met ander dissiplines om herstelwerk te voltooi, produksie te herstel en veiligheid en doeltreffendheid te handhaaf. - Voer wysigings en klein projekte uit, insluitend die voorbereiding van sketse, installering en toetsing van PLC-hardware, afstelling van beheerslusse en inbedryfstelling van stelsels. - Dokumenteer alle werk duidelik, bestuur materiale en onderdele, en kalibreer meet- en beheertoerusting volgens prosedures. - Handhaaf hoë QHSE-standaarde, pas veilige isolasiepraktyke toe en stel proaktief tegniese of veiligheidsverbeterings voor.
