Als Visual Merchandise Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat onze winkels er altijd sterk, herkenbaar en commercieel uitzien. We zoeken meerdere VM Coördinators voor verschillende regio's in Nederland. Herken jij jezelf in onze kernwaarden fun, no-nonsense, eigenzinnig en sympathiek? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Wat ga je doen? Als Visual Merchandise Coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de visuele uitstraling, styling en commerciële presentatie van meerdere The Sting winkels binnen jouw regio. Je bent veel onderweg, bezoekt regelmatig de stores en ondersteunt en coacht de Visual Merchandisers op de winkelvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedere winkel inspirerend, herkenbaar en commercieel sterk wordt gepresenteerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Je zorgt ervoor dat collecties op de juiste manier worden gepresenteerd en vertaalt de nieuwste fashiontrends naar aantrekkelijke commerciële settings; - Je kijkt naar het totaalplaatje op de winkelvloer: van styling en routing tot klantbeleving, merkuitstraling en commerciële kansen; - Je coacht en inspireert de Visual Merchandisers in jouw winkels en geeft concrete, praktische feedback en tips om de presentatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen; - Je signaleert kansen, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat VM-richtlijnen en ideeën daadwerkelijk op de winkelvloer worden uitgevoerd; - Samen met de andere VM Coördinators en Retail Area Managers bewaak je de herkenbare The Sting-look & feel en draag je bij aan het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen; - Je combineert jouw creativiteit en gevoel voor fashion met sterke VM-technische kennis en weet hoe styli...
