Samen met de Storemanager zorg je ervoor dat de omzetdoelstellingen behaald worden. Tevens ben je in deze rol eindverantwoordelijk voor het winkelbeeld. Dat betekent dat je zowel verantwoordelijk bent voor het coördineren van de operationele goederenstroom, alsmede voor het creatieve winkelbeeld en de aansturing van het verkoopteam op het gebied van Instore Visual Merchandising en orde en netheid van de winkel. Dit doe je in nauw overleg met de Area Visual Merchandiser. Laren Winkel 24-32 uur Wat ga je doen? - Je zorgt voor de juiste winkeluitstraling; - Je vertegenwoordigt het DNA van de winkelformule; - Je beschikt over een goede productkennis van de beschikbare artikelen; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de gestelde persoonlijke dagtargets; - Je houdt de winkel schoon en zorgt voor orde en netheid binnen het filiaal; - Je bedenkt en creëert nieuwe ideeën omtrent de winkeluitstraling en voert deze in overleg met de Storemanager uit; - Verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande goederen op een juiste wijze; - Geeft instructies en begeleidt de verkoopmedewerkers met betrekking tot de Visual Merchandise. Wie ben jij? - MBO werk- en denkniveau, een opleiding in de richting van Styling, Interieur en Vormgeving is een pré; - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Ervaring op het vlak van coaching, begeleiding en leidinggeven aan het winkelteam op VM gebied; - Energiek, fris, creatief en commercieel is hoe jij vaak wordt omschreven.
