Als kinderbegeleidster ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse begeleiding en ondersteuning van kinderen in de opvang.

Je speelt een cruciale rol in de ontwikkeling van kinderen en draagt bij aan een veilige en stimulerende omgeving waar ze zich kunnen ontplooien.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Begeleiding van Kinderen:

Zorgdragen voor de emotionele, sociale en fysieke ontwikkeling van kinderen. Activiteiten organiseren die passen bij de ontwikkeling van de kinderen.

Veilige Omgeving Creëren:

Een veilige, stimulerende en positieve omgeving waar kinderen zich vrij kunnen uiten.

Toezicht houden op de kinderen en zorgen voor hun veiligheid.

Samenwerken met Ouders:

Communiceren met ouders over de voortgang en ontwikkeling van hun kinderen.Ouderbetrokkenheid stimuleren door het organiseren van informatieavonden en activiteiten.Observeren en Rapporteren:Het observeren van kinderen om hun ontwikkeling en behoeften in kaart te brengen. Rapporteren van belangrijke observaties aan collega’s en ouders.

Teamwork:

Samenwerken met collega’s en andere professionals om de kwaliteit van de opvang te waarborgen. Actieve deelname aan teamvergaderingen en bijscholing.

Vereisten:

Diploma in de kinderopvang, kinderbegeleidster, pedagogische wetenschappen of een gelijkwaardige opleiding. Affiniteit met de ontwikkeling van kinderen en kennis van pedagogische methodes. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een open houding naar ouders en collega's. Creativiteit en enthousiasme in het organiseren van activiteiten. In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
