VoIP Engineer Werk jij graag met VoIP en vind je het leuk om klanten te helpen met telefonieoplossingen die gewoon goed werken? Bij Theiner ICT implementeer en beheer je VoIP-omgevingen, los je incidenten op en adviseer je klanten over hun telecomomgeving. Je werkt zelfstandig én samen met collega's, zowel op afstand als bij klanten op locatie. Dit ga je doen Als VoIP Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat de telefonieomgevingen van onze klanten goed zijn ingericht en blijven werken. Je bent betrokken bij implementaties en projecten, lost incidenten op en hebt regelmatig contact met klanten. Daarbij neem je binnen VoIP-projecten graag het voortouw. - Implementeren en inrichten van VoIP-omgevingen, zowel op afstand als op locatie. - Oplossen van incidenten en uitvoeren en controleren van mutaties. - Projectplannen ontwikkelen en collega's aansturen tijdens projectopleveringen. - Klanten ondersteunen en adviseren op telecomgebied en meedenken over verbeteringen in hun ICT-infrastructuur. - Kennis actueel houden via trainingen, webinars en partner-events en zorgen voor een goede documentatie. Wat wij zoeken Je hebt al de nodige ervaring met VoIP en vindt het leuk om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Tegelijkertijd werk je graag samen met collega's en weet je technische oplossingen duidelijk uit te leggen aan klanten. - Minimaal mbo-werk- en -denkniveau. Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding ICT Beheer niveau 4 is een pré. - Goede kennis van Windows, Microsoft 365 en VoIP-omgevingen. - Ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels en een geldig rijbewijs. - Een proactieve instelling waarbij je oplossingen en kansen ziet en klantvragen zelfstandig oppakt.
