The posting

Bij Eligio zijn we op zoek naar een voltijds onthaalmedewerker(st)er die aan de slag gaat bij één van onze klanten in Zaventem, een gerenommeerd internationaal Consultancy bedrijf.

Je werkt als receptionist(e) in de main lobby. Je werkt afwisselend in "the front office" en in "the back office". In "the front office" heb je als hoofdtaak het professioneel, actief en hartelijk onthalen van de bezoekers (VIP onthaal). In "the back office" behandel je alle inkomende e-mails, neem je alle inkomende telefoons aan, beheer je alle aanvragen m.b.t. catering, meeting rooms, parkeerplaatsen en bereid je alle events voor (badges op voorhand aanmaken, signalisatie in orde brengen, etc...).

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 7u tot 16u met 1u pauze.

Aangezien je 40u/week werkt, heb je recht op 12 ADV-dagen.

Je werkt in een elegant uniform. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waarin je ondersteund en gecoacht wordt en je krijgt een duidelijk kader aangeboden met welomlijnde procedures en richtlijnen.

Je bent zelf heel erg gesteld op een enthousiaste en hartelijke ontvangst, met VIP-allures.

Eligio is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega met volgende competenties:

  • vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels met een goede basiskennis Frans (gesproken)
  • zeer goede kennis van de courante MS Office toepassingen Outlook, Excel, Word
  • verzorgd en representatief voorkomen
  • een warme, dynamische en glimlachende uitstraling
  • kennis van business etiquette-regels
