The posting

Als volwaardige dossierbeheerder sta je zelfstandig in voor de opvolging van een eigen portefeuille aan dossiers, met ondersteuning van het team waar nodig. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je cliënten en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van hun boekhoudkundige en fiscale verplichtingen.

Enkele voorbeelden...

• het zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van een eigen cliëntenportefeuille

• het verwerken en controleren van de boekhouding tot en met de jaarrekening

• het voorbereiden en indienen van de btw-aangiften en fiscale aangiftes (personen- en vennootschapsbelasting)

• het adviseren van cliënten over boekhoudkundige, fiscale en administratieve vraagstukken

• het opvolgen van wettelijke termijnen en verplichtingen per dossier

• het onderhouden van het rechtstreeks contact met cliënten, administraties en externe partners

• indien van toepassing: het mee opvolgen en verder uitbouwen van de notariële dossiers binnen het kantoor

Wij vragen…

• Minimaal bachelor- of masteropleiding boekhouding-fiscaliteit, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• ITAA-titel (of in opleiding tot ITAA-titelhouder) is een sterke troef

• Ruime ervaring in een boekhoudkantoor met zelfstandig dossierbeheer

• Kennis van Silverfin is een pluspunt

• Goede kennis van fiscaliteit (BTW, personen- en vennootschapsbelasting)

• Enthousiast en gemotiveerd karakter, met een langetermijnvisie

• Punctueel en goed georganiseerd, pragmatisch kunnen werken

• Zelfstandig kunnen werken, met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in de omgang met cliënten

• Goede omgang met courante software

• Discretie en betrouwbaarheid (basiseigenschappen van elke professionele boekhouder)
