Bij Admiraal in Nibbixwoud werk je aan allerlei projecten: van dakkapellen en nieuwbouw tot grote renovaties zoals het Eye Filmmuseum in Amsterdam. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat maakt jouw werk pas echt mooi. Wat ga je doen? Als voorman ben jij de motor van het project. Je stuurt je team aan, houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles veilig, strak en op tijd wordt opgeleverd. Natuurlijk werk je zelf ook gewoon mee op het dak: van voorbereiding tot de laatste afwerking. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - Leiding geeft aan een team vakmensen; - Zelf meewerkt aan nieuwbouw en renovatie; - Werkt aan afwisselende projecten in heel Noord-Holland; - Veiligheid en kwaliteit altijd vooropstelt; - Leerlingen en collega's begeleidt en het vak bijbrengt. Wie ben jij? - Je houdt van aanpakken, draait zelfstandig een klus en houdt overzicht: Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en weet hoe je een team enthousiast meeneemt. Plezier in je werk straal je uit naar collega's én klanten. - Je hebt 5-10 jaar ervaring als (voorman) dakdekker: Je bent vakbekwaam, hebt VCA-basis of bent bereid deze te halen. Ook een rijbewijs B/E heb je of ben je bereid te halen. - Oplossingsgericht, praktisch en communicatief sterk: Je werkt veilig, klantgericht en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
