Ben jij een ervaren glazenwasser/schoonmaker met leidinggevende kwaliteiten? Houd je van afwisseling en vind je het leuk om een team aan te sturen én zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Meewerkend Voorman Glasbewassing/Schoonmaak in de regio Twente (standplaats Nijverdal).

Werkdagen & tijden:

- Maandag t/m vrijdag

- In het weekend ben je coördinator van de calamiteitentelefoon (doorschakelen is in overleg mogelijk). Je wordt zelden gebeld en de vergoeding is onderdeel van het salaris.

Werkzaamheden:

- In deze rol plan je de werkzaamheden voor je collega’s, bezoek je verschillende locaties om de uitvoer te coördineren en zorg je er samen voor dat de collega’s van de reguliere schoonmaakwerk en sales worden geholpen met het adviseren van de juiste oplossing voor onze opdrachtgevers.

- Je werkt mee, stuurt collega’s aan en houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van het werk. Of het nu gaat om kantoren, scholen, fabrieken of praktijkruimtes, jij zorgt ervoor dat alles voldoet aan de afspraken met onze opdrachtgevers.

- De meest voorkomende werkzaamheden zijn glasbewassing, tapijt/vloerwerkzaamheden, opleveringen en (gevel)reiniging.

- Je werkt samen met de collega’s op kantoor en geeft direct sturing aan 4 allround medewerkers. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze onderaannemers in deze regio.

- Een salaris vanaf €3.200 bruto per maand;

Wie ben jij?

- Je hebt ervaring in de schoonmaakbranche en beschikt over leidinggevende/coördinerende capaciteiten.
