Als Voorman Plus Groen ben jij de spil op onze projecten. Je stuurt jouw collega's aan, bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit, en bent tegelijkertijd zelf actief op de werkvloer. Jij weet als geen ander dat een goed voorbeeld geven begint met meewerken.

Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten waarbij groen en de gebouwde omgeving samenkomen. Denk aan de aanleg en het onderhoud van hoogwaardige daktuinen, groene binnenterreinen, bedrijfstuinen en andere duurzame buitenruimtes.

Jouw werkzaamheden Dagelijkse aansturing van het uitvoeringsteam. Actief meewerken aan de aanleg en het onderhoud van groenprojecten. Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning. Contact onderhouden met uitvoerders, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers. Signaleren van kansen en knelpunten op de projectlocatie. Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en efficiënte werkplek.

Wie je bent (of wil worden)

Ervaring in de groensector, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende of voormanrol. Affiniteit met gebouwgebonden groen en duurzame buitenruimtes. Je bent een aanpakker die graag tussen de collega's staat. Je kunt mensen motiveren en weet overzicht te houden. Rijbewijs B (BE is een pré). Een positieve instelling en oog voor kwaliteit.
