Fulltime functie, waarbij je ook 's avonds of in het weekend inzetbaar bent. Wat ga je doen? - Je bereidt de werkzaamheden voor: je bepaalt de werkvolgorde, plant de capaciteit en zorgt dat gereedschap en materialen aanwezig zijn. - Verdelen van het werk over 4 tot 10 lassers op basis van de dagplanning. - Toezicht houden op kwaliteit en kwantiteit van het laswerk. - Je werkt zelf mee waar nodig, zodat je je laskwaliteiten op peil houdt. - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkplek en het naleven van veiligheids- en bedrijfsvoorschriften. - Meedenken over efficiencyverbeteringen en het uitdragen van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. - Gewerkte uren registreren in Excel. Wat bieden we jou? - Salaris tussen € 3.500,00 en € 4.500,00 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, exclusief vakantiegeld. Inschaling op basis van kennis en ervaring. - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen per jaar bij fulltime dienstverband. - Vakantiegeld en een goede pensioenregeling. - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer. - Cao Metalektro van toepassing. - Kans op vast contract Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal een IWP- of IWS-diploma, of de bereidheid dit te halen. - VCA VOL certificaat, of bereid dit te behalen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Minimaal LBO/MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de scheepsreparatie. - Kennis van meerdere lasprocessen: MMA, SAW en GMAW. - Je kunt zelfstandig technische tekeningen lezen. - Leidinggevende capaciteiten en een motiverende manier van werken. - Bereidheid om 's avonds of in het weekend te werken.
