Hier worden jachten gebouwd die wereldwijd bekendstaan om hun design, technologie en afwerking. Elk project is uniek, net als het team van vakspecialisten dat hier met trots samenwerkt. Binnen de productieafdeling montage werk je nauw samen met andere supervisors, uitvoerders en engineers. Samen tillen jullie de kwaliteit en planning naar het hoogste niveau. En dat alles in een indrukwekkende hightech omgeving, waar innovatie en vakmanschap samenkomen. De functie Dit ga je doen Als Supervisor Montage stuur jij dagelijks een team van circa 10 vakmensen aan. Denk aan specialisten in RVS, staal, aluminium en interieur. Je verdeelt het werk, bewaakt de planning en schakelt met collega's van andere afdelingen. Jij zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren, en dat het ook echt gebeurt. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en hebt een scherp oog voor techniek én mensen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de Projectleider Montage en de andere supervisors om het werkproces steeds slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter te maken.
