Met jouw ruime ervaring als Timmerman kun je aan de slag als Voorman! Geïnteresseerd? Je wordt het aanspreekpunt voor je collega’s en onderaannemers en geeft leiding aan het team. Daarnaast voer je de volgende taken uit: - Organiseren en coördineren van het dagelijkse werk op de bouwplaats, waarbij je zorgt dat de planning gehaald wordt en het werk efficiënt verloopt; - Leidinggeven aan timmermannen en leerling-timmermannen, nieuwe medewerkers wegwijs maken en het team motiveren om samen topkwaliteit te leveren; - Het controleren van timmerwerk, maatvoering en materiaalgebruik, kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en eventuele afwijkingen tijdig corrigeren; - Afstemmen met uitvoerders, projectleiders, leveranciers en onderaannemers, deelnemen aan bouwvergaderingen en rapporteren over de voortgang; - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette bouwplaats door veiligheidsregels te handhaven, PBM’s te controleren en toezicht te houden op de werkmethoden.

Je werkt veel samen met onderaannemers, dus een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zijn belangrijk. Leidinggeven gaat je goed af, je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en beschikt over sterk probleemoplossend vermogen. Verder heb je: - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Timmerman; - VCA VOL-diploma of de bereidheid om dit gratis te behalen via FLEOX; - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de bouw; - Een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.
