- Het plannen, verdelen en coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Het aansturen en bewaken van een efficiënte werkvolgorde; - Begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen van medewerkers en leerlingen; - Werkbesprekingen en toolboxmeetings houden, en het fungeren als aanspreekpunt; - Het controleren van uitgevoerde timmerwerkzaamheden, het bewaken van de maatvoering, het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het corrigeren van fouten of afwijkingen; - Bijwonen van bouwvergaderingen, het afstemmen met uitvoerders, projectleiding, leveranciers en onderaannemers, en het vastleggen van uren, materiaalgebruik en werkverslagen; - Het toezien op veiligheid op de bouwplaats, het begeleiden van veiligheidsrondes, het controleren van voorzieningen en PBM’s, en het zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving, naast het uitvoeren van allround timmerwerkzaamheden waar nodig.

Als Voorman Timmerman werk je veel samen, daarom beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed en ben je communicatief sterk. Ook ben je flexibel en heb je leidinggevende kwaliteiten. Wat heb je nog meer nodig?

- Minimale werkervaring van 5 jaar als Timmerman; - Een geldig VCA VOL certificaat of de motivatie om deze gratis via FLEOX te halen; - Een MBO Diploma richting de bouw is een pré; - Leidinggevende kwaliteiten; - Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
