Wir suchen zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 Vorarbeiter:in Hochbau Einsatzort: Niederlassung Klagenfurt

Der Aufgabenbereich:

Koordination und Organisation der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe auf der Baustelle

Einteilung des Baustellenpersonals

Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Ausführung von Hochbauarbeiten

Unterstützung der Polier:in und der Bauleitung bei der Baustellenabwicklung

Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Ausführung

Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften auf der Baustelle

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen, idealerweise als Maurer:in bzw. Hochbauer:in

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung

Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent

Teamfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit

Führerschein der Klasse B

Entlohnungsbasis:

Die Stundenlohnbasis für Vorarbeiter:innen ist 21,96 €/Std. zuzüglich relevanter Zulagen, bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
