Wir suchen 1 VORARBEITER/IN Hochbau Vollzeitbeschäftigung ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Fertigstellung von Bauvorhaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Teilbereichen auf der Baustelle

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation eines reibungslosen und sicheren Bauablaufs

* Erfassung von Arbeitsleistungen, Maschineneinsätzen und Aufmaßen

* Kontrolle von Teilbereichen der Bauausführung

* Mitwirkung bei Bautagesberichten und Baustellendokumentationen

* Dokumentation von Maschinenberichten, Materialanforderungen und Lieferscheinen

* Mitverantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Unfallverhütung und Baustellenverkehr

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe mit Lehrabschlussprüfung

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Hochbau

* Handwerkliches Geschick sowie technisches Interesse und Verständnis

* Planlesekenntnisse

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Einsatzbereitschaft

* Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung

* Führerschein B

* Abgeleisteter Präsenz- bzw. Zivildienst, sofern erforderlich

Entlohnung

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Stellenangebot € 3.722,22 brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis.

Die tatsächliche Entlohnung richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Eine entsprechende Überzahlung ist möglich.
