Für die Unterstützung unseres dynamischen Teams an unserem Stützpunkt im Werksgelände der voestalpine Linz suchen wir zum ehest möglichen Einstieg 1 Vorarbeiter_in Rohrleitungsschlosser_in Referenznummer: 7336

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Fachliche Leitung und Organisation des Montageteams

* Einteilung von Arbeitsaufträgen und Sicherstellung termingerechter Fertigung und Montage

* Überwachung und Kontrolle von Schweiß- und Rohrleitungsarbeiten

* Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards (z. B. PSA, DIN-Normen, Rohrleitungsrichtlinien)

* Anleitung, Einarbeitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden

* Abstimmung mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Projektleitung und technischen Abteilungen

* Material- und Werkzeugbereitstellung

* Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen, Prüfungen und Mängeln

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rohrleitungsschlosser_in, Metallbauer_in oder vergleichbar

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rohrleitungsbau, idealerweise in leitender Funktion

* Kenntnisse in Rohrmontage, Schweißverfahren und Rohrleitungsnormen

* Führungskompetenz und Organisationstalent

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Versierte Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

UNSER ANGEBOT

Für diese Position gilt eine Entlohnung ab € 3.500,00 brutto/Monat für Vollzeit und Daueranstellung (KV metallverarbeitendes Gewerbe) exkl. Zulagen bei Montagetätigkeiten.

Abhängig von individueller Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen.
