Die Zimmerei-Holzbau Lottermoser e.U. ist ein traditionsreicher Familienbetrieb mit über 40 Jahren Erfahrung im Holzbau. Seit 2023 wird der Betrieb von Ing. Peter Lottermoser geführt - mit dem klaren Ziel, Tradition und moderne Technik zu verbinden.

Für unsere hochwertigen Holzbauprojekte im Pongau und darüber hinaus suchen wir einen engagierten Vorarbeiter, der Verantwortung übernimmt und gerne im Team arbeitet. 1 Vorarbeiter / Polier im Holzbau (m/w/d) Beschäftigung ab: sofort in Vollzeitanstellung (39 Wochenstunden)

Arbeitsort: 5452 Pfarrwerfen

Deine Aufgaben:

* Führung und Organisation einer Partie auf der Baustelle

* Ansprechpartner für Bauherrn, Bauleitung und Team

* Selbstständige Arbeitsvorbereitung und Baustellenkoordination

* Umsetzung von Holzbauprojekten (Neubau, Zu- & Umbau, Dachstühle, Sanierungen)

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit

* Vorbildfunktion für Facharbeiter/innen und Lehrlinge

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zimmerer/in (Vorarbeiter-Poliererfahrung von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Praxis im Holzbau

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Handschlagqualität

* Führerschein B (E von Vorteil)
