IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO

Im Vorstandssekretariat (m/w/x) unterstützen Sie die Unternehmensführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Sie koordinieren Termine und verantworten einen reibungslosen Arbeitsalltag.

Im globalen Umfeld von DO & CO überzeugen Sie durch analytisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative und Ihre Leidenschaft für Hospitality.

Ihre Hauptgaben sind:

* Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Vorstandssitzungen, Geschäftsmeetings und internationalen Terminen

* Steuerung und Koordination des anspruchsvollen internationalen Termin- und Reisekalenders

* Proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Unterstützung des Vorstandes

* Mitarbeit bei sensiblen, vertraulichen und strategischen Projekten auf Vorstandsebene

* Professionelles Kommunikationsmanagement in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

* 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen vergleichbaren Position sowie ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnliches

* Ausgeprägte Diskretion, Loyalität und Professionalität

* Strukturierte, leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und zeitliche Flexibilität

* Passion für Hospitality und Gastronomie

* Souveränes, professionelles und repräsentatives Auftreten und absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit

* Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und exzellente Englischkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
