Onze klant is een sterk groeiende onderneming gespecialiseerd in technisch onderhoud en service van zwaar rollend materieel. Vanuit hun moderne werkplaats zorgen ze dagelijks voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en de technische opvolging van opleggers, tankwagens en industriële voertuigen. Binnen deze organisatie kom je terecht in een familiale werksfeer waar collegialiteit, initiatief en technische expertise centraal staan. Als mechanieker krijg je de kans om te werken aan uiteenlopende technische interventies binnen een ambitieus bedrijf waar persoonlijke groei en opleiding belangrijk zijn.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en herstellingen aan trailers, tankwagens en zwaar rollend materieel
  • Daarnaast spoor je technische storingen op en bepaal je efficiënte oplossingen voor defecten aan voertuigen en uitrustingen
  • Vervangen van remsystemen en uitvoeren van elektrische herstellingen aan voertuigen
  • Reviseren van pompen en andere mechanische onderdelen binnen de installaties
  • Klaarzetten van trailers voor technische keuringen samen met jouw collega’s
  • Uitvoeren van snelle interventies en onderhoudswerken om stilstanden te beperken
  • Mee instaan voor een veilige, nette en kwalitatieve werkplaats
  • Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen en efficiënte oplossingen binnen het atelier
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen mechanica of zwaar rollend materieel
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met opleggers, vrachtwagens of industriële voertuigen
  • Verder beschik je over een sterke kennis van mechanica, remsystemen en technische storingsanalyse
  • Tot slot spreek je goed Nederlands of Engels omwille van veiligheid en communicatie binnen het atelier
