- Contact - Vraagbaak 24/7 - Contact - Vraagbaak 24/7 - Contact - Vraagbaak 24/7 20-24 uur per week Jouw rol Als vrijwilligerscoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van het vrijwilligerswerk binnen Oase. Je zorgt ervoor dat vrijwilligers goed toegerust, ondersteund en betrokken zijn en hun werk met vertrouwen, deskundigheid en plezier kunnen uitvoeren. De functie gaat nadrukkelijk verder dan de dagelijkse coördinatie. Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt het vrijwilligersbeleid, signaleert ontwikkelingen binnen de palliatieve zorg en het vrijwilligerswerk en vertaalt deze naar beleid en praktijk. Je adviseert de directeur-bestuurder en levert vanuit jouw expertise een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Oase. Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke externe rol. Je vertegenwoordigt Oase binnen relevante netwerken, waaronder VPTZ Nederland, en bouwt actief aan duurzame samenwerkingsrelaties. Je brengt kennis en ontwikkelingen van buiten naar binnen én draagt de visie en ex Wat ga je doen? - Je werft, selecteert, introduceert, begeleidt en ontwikkelt vrijwilligers en voert de bijbehorende gesprekken. - Je organiseert scholing, intervisie en deskundigheidsbevordering en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de vrijwillige inzet. - Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert het vrijwilligersbeleid en vertaalt ontwikkelingen in vrijwilligerswerk en palliatieve zorg naar advies en concrete verbeteringen. - Je adviseert de directeur-bestuurder over vrijwilligersbeleid, kwaliteit en relevante organisatieontwikkelingen. - Je versterkt de samenwerking binnen Oase en onderhoudt en ontwikkelt relevante netwerken en samenwerkingsrelaties, waarbij je Oase vertegenwoordigt en positioneert.
