The posting

Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een VSC Administratief Coördinator die energie haalt uit structuur brengen, organiseren en het overzicht bewaren. Jij bent de spilfiguur die ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen vlot draait binnen het wagenpark.

Je hoeft geen technische expert te zijn, maar wel iemand die graag dingen regelt, opvolgt en communiceert. De technische kant leer je onderweg, jouw administratieve skills maken hier écht het verschil.

  • Je houdt de administratie strak op orde: van factuurcontrole tot het opmaken van bestekken
  • Je verzorgt dagelijks mailverkeer met internationale partners, waaronder contacten in het VK
  • Je bestelt onderdelen en zorgt dat alles tijdig beschikbaar is
  • Je volgt PDI-activiteiten nauwgezet op en houdt alle gegevens up-to-date
  • Je beheert de voorraad en zorgt dat tekorten snel worden aangevuld
  • Je stelt rapportages en kwaliteitsdocumenten op
  • Je coördineert processen en bewaakt de planning
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een team van 6 à 7 medewerkers en ondersteunt hen waar nodig
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen interne diensten en externe partners

Voor onze klant zoeken we iemand die administratief sterk is, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het overzicht weet te bewaren, zelfs wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt.

  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau of relevante ervaring in administratie, planning of coördinatie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in team
  • Je bent proactief en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt interesse in een technische omgeving en bent bereid hierin bij te leren
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt
  • Je komt in aanmerking voor een positief veiligheidsadvies voor een functie in een havenomgeving
