Bij ons laten we onze passie en innovatie samensmelten om de lekkerste Belgische pralines te maken. Al 40 jaar dragen we bij aan onze rijke chocoladecultuur, en met enige trots behoren we tot de absolute top van Belgische chocolatiers. Als familiebedrijf is nu de 3e generatie aan zet, en we exporteren onze heerlijke chocolade naar meer dan 50 landen wereldwijd.

Wat jij gaat doen:

  • Crème bereiding: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van diverse crèmes zoals hazelnoot, karamel, marsepein, fruitige vullingen en andere verrukkelijke smaken
  • Je volgt nauwkeurig recepten en gebruikt hoogwaardige ingrediënten om ervoor te zorgen dat de crèmes de perfecte textuur en smaak hebben
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat de crèmes voldoen aan de hoge standaarden van onze fabriek
  • Je let op consistentie, smaak, kleur en andere kenmerken om ervoor te zorgen dat elke batch van de crèmes van uitstekende kwaliteit is
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere teamleden in de fabriek, zoals operatoren en verpakkingsmedewerkers
  • Door goede communicatie en samenwerking zorg je ervoor dat de crèmes op tijd worden geproduceerd en aan de juiste specificaties voldoen
  • Je werkt volgens strikte hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsnormen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat je werkruimte schoon en georganiseerd is en dat alle benodigde veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd
  • Je wordt aangemoedigd om creatief te zijn en nieuwe ideeën voor crèmes te ontwikkelen
  • Je kunt experimenteren met verschillende smaken, texturen en ingrediënten om ons assortiment voortdurend te vernieuwen en te verbeteren.
  • Ervaring in voedselbereiding, bij voorkeur in een chocolade- of banketbakkerij omgeving
  • Kennis van verschillende soorten crèmes en de bijbehorende productiemethoden
  • Zorgvuldigheid en aandacht voor detail om consistentie en kwaliteit te waarborgen
