Werken bij Batenburg - NL - w-monteur Inleiding De afdeling projecten richt zich op duurzaam vastgoed, je kan hierbij denken aan nieuwbouw van distributiecentra, fabriekshallen, zorgcentra en overige utilitaire en industriële gebouwen. Daarnaast richten zij zich ook op parkeergarages. Voorbeelden van projecten zijn; distributiecentra voor Wehkamp, Picnic en Wasco, TMZ in Almelo en parkeergarages in Soest, Apeldoorn en Scheveningen. Het team projecten bestaat momenteel uit 60 collega's, waarvan 25 binnen en 35 buiten. Als zelfstandig werkend W-monteur werk je aan klimaatinstallaties en voer je loodgieterswerkzaamheden uit binnen middelgrote tot grote projecten. Aan de hand van werktekeningen en op aanwijzing van de werkvoorbereider en/of projectleider installeer je zelfstandig voorkomende installaties. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Zelfstandig installeren, repareren en onderhouden van technische installaties; - Verzorgen van de technische voorbereiding van het werk en de organisatie op de werkplek; - Informeren van en afstemmen met opdrachtgever of leidinggevende op het project; - Begeleiden van assistent- en leerling monteurs. Wie we zoeken - Je hebt een werktuigbouwkundige of installatietechnische opleiding op MBO-niveau 3-4; - Je kent de regelgeving, voorschriften en nieuwe ontwikkelingen op het vakgebied; - Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring in de installatietechniek; - Je hebt rijbewijs BE en VCA; - Een enthousiaste, gedreven en zelfstandige teamplayer. Als collega zoeken we zelfstandige en planmatig werkende collega's met de juiste MBO-opleiding.
