The posting

Voor een internationale organisatie in Diegem zijn we op zoek naar een Warehouse Administrator die ondersteuning biedt bij de dagelijkse logistieke en administratieve activiteiten. Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen.

Het gaat om een deeltijdse functie van 20 uur per week. De concrete uurverdeling is nog bespreekbaar en kan in overleg worden bepaald. Ook kandidaten die reeds met (pre)pensioen zijn en op zoek zijn naar een deeltijdse professionele activiteit, zijn welkom om te solliciteren.

Jouw takenpakket als Warehouse Administrator Deeltijds:

  • Je ontvangt, controleert en verwerkt binnenkomende leveringen en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden geregistreerd.
  • Je bereidt uitgaande zendingen voor en volgt de praktische afhandeling ervan op.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met transporteurs en stemt de nodige transporten met hen af.
  • Je bestelt wisselstukken en zorgt voor de administratieve en logistieke opvolging hiervan.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de administratieve verwerking van service- en logistieke dossiers.
  • Je houdt gegevens bij over ontvangsten, verzendingen, transporten en eventuele problemen en verwerkt deze in rapportages.
  • Je volgt de voorraad en voorraadniveaus op en ondersteunt bij periodieke inventarisaties.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn ordelijk, goed georganiseerd en operationeel blijft.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig andere afdelingen bij praktische of administratieve werkzaamheden

Het ideale profiel als Warehouse Administrator Deeltijds:

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen magazijnbeheer, logistiek, administratie of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van administratieve computersystemen en leert vlot nieuwe software aan.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en vindt het fijn om een combinatie van administratieve en logistieke taken op te nemen.
  • Je bent flexibel en springt graag bij waar nodig.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook vlot samen met collega's en andere afdelingen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en houdt ervan om zaken praktisch op te lossen.
