Jobomschrijving

Als Warehouse Controller ga je aan de slag in een magazijnomgeving in Zwijndrecht, vlak naast de E34. Je werkt samen met een ervaren en dynamisch logistiek team dat instaat voor het ontvangen, verwerken, verpakken en verzenden van goederen. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en een vlotte dienstverlening.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontvangen en administratief verwerken van geleverde goederen
  • Behandelen van materiaal- en voorraadaanvragen vanuit productie
  • Verpakken en correct labelen van goederen voor verzending
  • Verzenden van goederen volgens vastgelegde logistieke procedures
  • Werken volgens prioriteiten en kwaliteitsstandaarden om onderbrekingen in de dienstverlening te vermijden
  • Uitvoeren van voorraadbeheer en voorraadadministratie in SAP
  • Controleren van de fysieke voorraad via cyclische stocktellingen
  • Naleven van de interne veiligheids- en milieuprocedures
  • Werken volgens de geldende regelgeving voor gevaarlijke goederen (ADR, IATA en IMDG)

Na een grondige opleiding van 6 tot 12 maanden werk je gemiddeld 30% van je tijd administratief vanuit het kantoor en 70% in het magazijn.

  • Je hebt een opleiding minimum A2 (ASO of TSO) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je beschikt over een sterk leervermogen en staat open om nieuwe systemen en procedures aan te leren
  • Je hebt een vlotte PC-kennis (Word, Excel); kennis van SAP is een pluspunt
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een heftruck- en/of reachtruckattest
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten correct inschatten
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een positieve ingesteldheid
  • Werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel (vroeg, laat, nacht) vormt voor jou geen probleem
