Jobomschrijving

Als Warehouse Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige magazijnwerking en voorraadintegriteit. Je stuurt een team aan, optimaliseert processen en zorgt ervoor dat alle goederenstromen efficiënt, veilig en correct verlopen. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in het implementeren van verbeteringen en het verder professionaliseren van de magazijnorganisatie.

  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor alle inkomende, interne en uitgaande goederenstromen
  • Coördineren van ontvangst, opslag, orderverwerking, verzending en retourprocessen
  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van magazijnprocedures en werkinstructies
  • Optimaliseren van magazijnindeling, locatiebeheer en FIFO-processen
  • Bewaken van voorraadnauwkeurigheid en stockintegriteit
  • Opzetten en aansturen van cycle counting en inventariscontroles
  • Onderzoeken van voorraadverschillen en implementeren van structurele oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte registratie van alle goederenbewegingen in het ERP-systeem
  • Integreren en beheren van het spare parts-magazijn binnen de magazijnorganisatie
  • Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen magazijn, werkplaats en aftersalesafdeling
  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de operationele branding- en testactiviteiten binnen het magazijn
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het magazijnteam
  • Rekruteren, onboarden en opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Uitwerken van evaluatie-, ontwikkelings- en opleidingsplannen
  • Stimuleren van een cultuur van continue verbetering, veiligheid en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Opvolgen van KPI’s rond voorraadnauwkeurigheid, productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Rapporteren aan de Operations Director over de prestaties van de magazijnwerking
  • Waken over de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en welzijnsvoorschriften
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in warehouse- of logistiek management
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • Ervaring met het verbeteren van voorraadnauwkeurigheid en magazijnprocessen
  • Sterke kennis van warehouse management systemen en ERP-software
  • Ervaring met change management en procesoptimalisatie
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde aanpak
  • Hands-on mentaliteit gecombineerd met een coachende leiderschapsstijl
  • Vermogen om medewerkers te motiveren en mee te nemen in veranderingstrajecten
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Kennis van Belgische veiligheids- en welzijnswetgeving vormt een belangrijke troef
  • Professionele kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans
  • Vlotte kennis van het Engels
  • Ervaring binnen een technische omgeving, supply chain of e-commerce is een meerwaarde
  • Bachelor Logistiek, Supply Chain of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
