De functie inhoud Welke taken voer je uit als Warehouse Manager in Moeskroen?

  • Je geeft leiding, coacht en motiveert het team van magazijnmedewerkers.
  • In samenwerking met andere afdelingen beheer je de inkomende goederen, de opslag en de uitgaande zendingen.
  • Om de efficiëntie te verhogen optimaliseer je de magazijnprocessen en zorg je voor een nauwkeurig voorraadbeheer en een correcte rapportage.
  • Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen om de algemene operationele doelstellingen te bereiken.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van prestatie- en schaderapporten.
  • In overleg met externe leveranciers, transporteurs en klanten optimaliseer je operationele processen.
  • Last but not least zorg je voor een veilige, dynamische en klantgerichte magazijnomgeving.

  • In het bezit van een masterdiploma in een logistieke richting.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als magazijnmanager of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie.
  • Kennis van logistieke beheersystemen is een vereiste.
  • Je beschikt over duidelijke communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitstekend personeelsmanagement.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen (SAP) is een must.
  • Goede analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden? Check!
  • Omwille van de interne en externe communicatie spreek je naast Nederlands ook vloeiend Frans en Engels.
