Deze groei willen we graag samen met jou verder vormgeven! Wij zijn op zoek naar een WAREHOUSE MANAGER I40 uur per week I werklocatie 's-Heerenberg Warehouse Manager Wat houdt de functie in? Als Warehouse Manager ben je hoofdzakelijk verantwoordelijk voor één van de warehouse locaties van 's-Heerenberg, bestaande momenteel uit drie locaties. Gedurende je dienstverband maar ook in periodes van capaciteitstekort kan je ook ingezet worden op één van de andere locaties. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de General Manager en je werkt nauw samen met je collega Warehouse Managers, collega's van kantoor en operatie. Je stuurt een team van 2-3 teamleiders en 2 - 4 coördinatoren aan en indirect ca. 50 logistieke medewerkers. Als Warehouse Manager ben je voornamelijk bezig met het coachen en motiveren van de teamleiders/medewerkers.
