Voor onze klant in Eeklo gespecialiseerd in tuinartikelen zijn wij op zoek naar een magazijnverantwoordelijke Samen met een gemotiveerd team zal jij dagelijks in staan voor het klaarmaken van de juiste bestellingen voor elke klant!

Wat zijn jouw taken als magazijnverantwoordelijke?

  • je zal instaan voor het aansturen van werk, meewerken als magazijnier/orderpicker/inpakker
  • aansturen van jouw magazijnteam; coachen, opleiden, ondersteunen en bijsturen
  • als mentor zal je nieuwkomers opleiden en opvolgen
  • je zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte uitvoering van de werkplanning
  • je staat in voor de coördinatie van de uitvoering van de planning
  • je rapporteert aan de operationeel verantwoordelijke
  • de bestaande werkprocessen implementeren
  • ontbrekende schakels in het proces oplossen in overleg met de operationeel verantwoordelijke
  • zelfstandig, initiatief nemend, resultaat gericht en probleemoplossend
  • hands-on mentaliteit: processen leren, uitvoeren, optimaliseren en leiden door voorbeeld
  • super comfortabel met informatica en het implementeren van werkmethodes
  • liefde voor het opleiden en coachen van collega's, inclusief nieuwe medewerkers
  • empathisch en in staat om direct en constructief feedback te geven
  • flexibel en niet bang om soms vroeg te starten of laat door te werken
  • minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
  • ervaring in een logistieke functie is geen must
