The posting

Dit is een dynamische KMO actief in de distributie met zowel sterke internationale merken als eigen labels. Vanuit Deinze bedienen we klanten in 13 Europese landen, en bouwen we verder aan onze groei onder andere met uitbreiding van ons magazijn en nieuwe markten zoals Duitsland.

Om onze logistieke werking naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zoeken we een Warehouse Manager die structuur brengt, teams aanstuurt en actief meewerkt aan optimalisatie.

Jobomschrijving

Als Warehouse & Facility Manager neem je een sleutelrol op binnen supply chain en operations, met een sterke focus op organisatie, optimalisatie en samenwerking.

Warehouse & Outbound

  • Coördineren en leiden van de dagelijkse magazijnwerking
  • Aansturen van een team
  • Plannen van personeelsbezetting
  • Bewaken van alle bestellingen tijdig en correct vertrekken
  • Detecteren en implementeren van efficiëntieverbeteringen
  • Optimaliseren van outbound processen
  • Selecteren en beheren van transportpartners en onderhandelen op prijs/kwaliteit
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel beheer van gebouwen en infrastructuur
  • Opvolgen van diensten zoals energie, onderhoud, sanitair en externe leveranciers
  • Bewaken van kostenstructuren samen met de CEO
  • Aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders en IT
  • Ondersteunen bij toekomstige uitbreidingen van magazijncapaciteit

Must haves

  • Aantoonbare strategische ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Ervaring met people management
  • Sterk organisatorisch en analytisch vermogen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je staat graag dicht bij de operatie
  • Probleemoplossend en stressbestendig
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans
  • Je kan structuur brengen in een omgeving waar nog optimalisatie mogelijk is

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met facility management
  • Kennis van MS Dynamics (Business Central) of EDI
  • Affiniteit met retail, distributie of seizoensgebonden producten
  • Heftruckattest of bereidheid om dit op te nemen
