The posting

Hou je ervan om mensen aan te sturen en te coachen en heb je een hart voor logistiek?

Als Warehouse Supervisor sta je hier in voor het coördineren en verbeteren van processen, logistieke projecten en informatiedeling tussen de afdelingen.

  • Je geeft directe leiding aan een team van ongeveer 2 teamleaders en 40 magazijnarbeiders en volgt het team op binnen de vooropgestelde KPI's
  • Je garandeert een correcte werkethiek en draagt bij tot kwalitatieve rapportage
  • Je bewaakt het overzicht en zorgt voor de verwerking van de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom
  • Je staat in voor het opvolgen van afwezigheden van personeel en verzorgt de personeelsplanning
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan alle afdelingen binnen het magazijn en onderhoudt goede communicatie met andere afdelingen
  • Je traint, motiveert en coacht de mensen binnen je team
  • Je ziet toe op het naleven van procedures en garanderen van veiligheid en welzijn
  • Je rapporteert dagelijks en geeft feedback aan de Warehouse Manager
  • Je voert evaluatiegesprekken
  • Je ziet toe op orde en netheid in het magazijn
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ongeveer 3 jaar stabiele ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een logistieke of warehouseomgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van logistieke processen en in- en outboundactiviteiten.
  • Je kan snel schakelen, prioriteiten stellen en ook in drukke situaties het overzicht bewaren.
  • Je beschikt over sterke people- en managementskills.
  • Je bent respectvol, sociaal en vlot in de omgang.
  • Je vindt het belangrijk om iedereen gelijkwaardig en respectvol te behandelen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je bent PC-vaardig en kan vlot werken met ERP-systemen, Excel, Outlook, ...
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels vlot en professioneel. Binnen het warehouse mogen medewerkers één van beide talen spreken.
  • Je bent bereid om een voorbeeldfunctie op te nemen en vindt tijdige aanwezigheid belangrijk.
