Als ANW Verpleegkundige ben jij tijdens de avond, nacht- en weekenddiensten een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen onze organisatie. Je combineert jouw verpleegkundige expertise met overzicht, coördinatie en verantwoordelijkheid. Liever niet alleen ANW-diensten? Ook een combinatie met een andere verpleegkundige functie binnen Brentano is bespreekbaar. Wat krijg je van ons? - Een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke functie binnen de ouderenzorg - Salaris in FWG 50 cao VVT €3325,-/ 4822,- , afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring - Toeslagen voor het werken in avond, nacht en weekenden terug te lezen in de cao VVT - 8% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering - Pensioenregeling via Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn - Opleidingsmogelijkheden en interne trainingen - Een mobiele telefoon voor je werkzaamheden - Mogelijkheid tot een combinatiefunctie wanneer je ANW-diensten wilt combineren met andere verpleegkundige werkzaamheden Wat ga je doen? Tijdens jouw dienst bewaak je de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg. Je ondersteunt collega's bij complexe en acute situaties, stelt prioriteiten en weet wanneer je zelf handelt of andere deskundigheid inschakelt.
