Emiliani is een dynamische en innovatieve voorziening met de hoofdzetel in Lokeren en met meerdere huizen in Lokeren, Zaffelare en Waasmunster. We zoeken voortdurend naar manieren om de dagelijkse ondersteuning aan volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking niet alleen te garanderen, maar ook te verbeteren. Samen met de cliënten en hun netwerk bekijken we hoe hun leven vorm kan krijgen op het vlak van wonen, werken en vrije tijd. Samenwerking en dialoog staan centraal: samen bereik je meer, met respect voor ieders eigenheid en talenten.

Werken als weekendwerker

Ben jij student, ben je in het bezit van een zorgkundig visum en heb je zin om 2 weekends per maand bij ons te werken? Jouw uren zullen meestal van 10u30 tot 18u30 zijn. Je begeleidt samen met jouw collega de middag- en avondmaaltijd, je biedt de nodige zorg aan onze bewoners en je staat mee in voor het bedenken/organiseren/begeleiden van activiteiten.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

· Je hebt een zorgkundig visum

· Ervaring in de sector van personen met een beperking is een pluspunt

· Je vertrekt vanuit de mogelijkheden en sterktes van de cliënt

· Je bent een teamspeler, maar evengoed een zelfstandige werker

· Je bent positief ingesteld

· Je werkt 1 op de 2 weekends, telkens van 10u30 tot 18u30

· Aanwerving is mogelijk na het voorleggen van een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister (model 595 Sv – algemeen model), het uittreksel mag maximaal één maand oud zijn op het moment van voorlegging
