Medewerker Maatschappelijke Zorg Ouderenzorg - Meerssen - Vast contract - Meerssen - € € 2.981,98 - € 3.864,43 per maand Ben jij een welzijnsgerichte medewerker maatschappelijke zorg niveau 4 die graag een waardevolle bijdrage levert aan het welzijn van ouderen? Binnen de ouderenzorg speel jij een essentiële rol in het bevorderen van welzijn en kwaliteit van leven van cliënten. Jij combineert persoonlijke verzorging met welzijnsgerichte begeleiding en ziet altijd de mens achter de zorgvraag. Jouw empathie, geduld en toewijding maken het verblijf van bewoners waardevoller en aangenamer. Als MMZ-er binnen de ouderenzorg bied je zorg, ondersteuning en begeleiding aan ouderen in een verzorgings- of verpleeghuis, en werk je nauw samen met andere zorgverleners. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het zorgteam en combineert verzorgende taken met begeleidende aspecten. Je bent empathisch, geduldig en hebt oog voor de individuele behoeften en wensen van elke cliënt. Of het nu gaat om het bieden van een luisterend oor, het organiseren van activiteiten, of het signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn: jij vervult een veelzijdige rol in het ondersteunen van ouderen in hun dagelijks leven. Jouw competenties Zo ben jij: - Je hebt een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 opleiding Maatschappelijke Zorg. - Je hebt competenties als empathie, geduld, communicatieve vaardigheden en flexibiliteit. - Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt beslissingen binnen de kaders van het zorgplan. - Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel richting de cliënten die je begeleidt. - Je hebt een hart voor de zorg en de motivatie om ouderen een zo comfortabel en waardevol mogelijk leven te bieden. Zo doe jij dit: - Je biedt emotionele en psychosociale ondersteuning aan ouderen en hun familie, bijvoorbeeld door een luisterend oor te bieden of activiteiten te organiseren. - Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheid of het welzijn van cliënten en reageert hier adequa...
