Bouw jij mee aan de toekomst op Jenaplanschool Het Spoor?

Stamgroepleider Bovenbouw (0,4 - 0,6 fte in overleg) – Per zo spoedig mogelijk

Zoek je een school waar onderwijs verder gaat dan alleen de leerstof uit methodeboekjes? Op Het Spoor in Zeist werken we vanuit het Jenaplanconcept: een plek waar kinderen leren wie ze zijn, hoe ze met anderen omgaan en waar ze hun talenten ontdekken.

Dit doen we in een splinternieuw, modern gebouw waarin we het onderwijs bewust anders organiseren. Geen dichte lokalen, maar open bouwruimtes waar drie heterogene stamgroepen intensief samenwerken. Dat betekent: samen verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor alle kinderen, elkaar zien en gedurende de dag continu afstemmen. Het zorgt voor een natuurlijke omgeving waarin ontmoeting en sociaal leren vanzelfsprekend zijn — voor kinderen én voor jou als stamgroepleider.

Onze visie in de praktijk

Geïnspireerd door Peter Petersen en Biesta, richten we ons op drie domeinen:

- Kwalificatie: goed onderwijs in de kernvakken.

- Socialisatie: je plek vinden in een veranderende maatschappij.

- Persoonsvorming: jezelf leren kennen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen.

Jenaplan heeft vier pijlers om het onderwijs te organiseren: gesprek, spel, werk en vieren. De visie en deze pijlers zie je dagelijks terug in ons onderwijs en de manier waarop we een week inrichten. Zo zitten we veel met de kinderen in de kring, zodat we een gesprek kunnen voeren. We vieren successen en staan stil bij minder fijne gebeurtenissen, kinderen hebben een weektaak waarop wij werk inplannen en waar zij werk op kunnen inplannen. En we spelen lekker op het plein, waar kinderen ook veel van leren.

Wat ga je doen als Stamgroepleider?

In de bovenbouw (groep 7-8) ben jij de leerkracht, coach en inspirator die:

- Betekenis geeft: je verbindt taal en wereldoriëntatie zonder methode. Dit geeft jou de ruimte om stil te staan bij de vraag op welke manier wij goed onderwijs geven.
