Project- /werfleider staalbouw

Sta jij klaar om staalbouwprojecten van verkoop tot montage in goede banen te leiden? Wij zoeken een ervaren Project- /werfleider staalbouw die het volledige traject beheert: van ontwerp en productie in eigen atelier tot een vlotte montage op de werf.

Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig besteld en geleverd worden, bewaakt planning en uitvoering, stuurt teams aan en denkt actief mee om elk project technisch sterk, efficiënt en zonder vertraging te realiseren.

Jouw rol

  • Projectopvolging van A tot Z: voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering.
  • Technische controle van plannen, maatvoering en constructiedetails.
  • Bestellingen en opvolging bouwmateriaal.
  • Communicatie met klanten en engineering voor een vlotte projectflow.
  • Coördinatie van de montageploeg en onderaannemers.
  • Rapportering van voortgang, afwijkingen en meerwerken.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in staalbouw of industriële bouwprojecten.
  • Sterke kennis van technische plannen en werfprocessen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert helder en neemt initiatief.
  • Rijbewijs B (+E).
