Ben jij een gedreven technieker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de werf? Steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen? Krijg je energie van het aansturen en begeleiden van mensen? Dan is deze rol als werfleider elektrotechniek de uitdaging waar je naar op zoek bent!

Jouw rol

  • Je werkt dagelijks mee aan elektrotechnische installaties, bordenbouw, duurzame energieprojecten en onderhoud bij industrie en kmo's.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de praktische uitvoering van de werken op de werf.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en ploegverantwoordelijken om planning, schema's en uitvoeringsplannen te bespreken.
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers op het terrein en geeft opleiding waar nodig.
  • Je vult werfverslagen in, volgt bestellingen op en bewaakt de administratieve opvolging.
  • Je draagt veiligheid en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel en volgt de geldende regels strikt op.
  • Je denkt actief mee over digitalisering en automatisering van processen.
  • Je neemt deel aan opleidingen rond vakkennis, techniek en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
