Voor onze klant, een sterke speler binnen staalbouw, gaan wij op zoek naar een gedreven WERFLEIDER.

Beschik je over een bachelor bouwkunde? Ben je vlot en communicatief sterk? Kan je goed organiseren en toon je graag initiatief? Kan je bovendien een eerste ervaring voorleggen?

Als werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de praktische organisatie op je werf. Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Je coördineert en controleert de activiteiten van het werfteam
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de arbeiders en de onderaannemers
  • Je houdt alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte van de stand van zaken
  • Je waakt over de veiligheid van de collega's
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de milieuvoorschriften conform de wetgeving zijn
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk
  • Je zorgt voor een sfeervolle teamspirit om het samenhorigheidsgevoel te faciliteren
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie bij o.a. de technische planning, dagrapporten, gepresteerde uren...

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor bouwkunde
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring als werfleider
  • Je kan vlot en open communiceren
  • Je bent een doorzetter en werkt resultaatgericht
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt zin voor initiatief
