Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen infrastructuur- en bouwtechnieken, met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring in complexe renovatieprojecten zoals bruggen, tunnels, viaducten en spoorstructuren. Vanuit hun expertise combineren ze studie, ontwerp en uitvoering tot één geïntegreerde aanpak, wat zorgt voor efficiënte en kwalitatieve realisaties. Binnen deze organisatie wordt gewerkt met een vlakke structuur en korte communicatielijnen. Je krijgt de nodige middelen en ondersteuning om jouw projecten succesvol te realiseren, terwijl samenwerking tussen studiebureau en uitvoering centraal staat

Wat houdt de job in? Als werfleider burgerlijke bouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van jouw werven

  • Je analyseert uitvoeringsdossiers en vertaalt deze naar een concrete planning en aanpak op de werf
  • In overleg met de projectleider stel je dag- en weekplanningen op en zorg je dat alle middelen beschikbaar zijn
  • Aansturen van arbeiders en onderaannemers, waarbij je waakt over veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en materiaalgebruik in samenwerking met het magazijn
  • Administratieve opvolging van werfdocumenten, vorderingsstaten en registraties van meerwerken
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt onderhoud je contact met leveranciers, partners en het interne team
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of hebt relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring in een leidinggevende rol of sterke ambitie om hierin door te groeien
  • Verder beschik je over organisatorisch inzicht en technisch denkvermogen
  • Tot slot spreek je vlot Nederlands omwille van communicatie en veiligheid op de werf
