Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opvolgen van werven en projecten verspreid over België
  • Begeleiden van klanten en overleggen met alle betrokken partijen
  • Coachen, aansturen en motiveren van techniekers en plaatsers op de werf
  • Toezicht houden op de werfplanning en proactief bijsturen waar nodig
  • Oplossen van bouwtechnische uitdagingen en het aandragen van creatieve, praktische oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van elk project
  • Bij voorkeur kan je terugkijken op relevante werkervaring of een diploma binnen de bouwsector
  • Je hebt een grote interesse in verwarmingstechnologie en de technische werking erachter
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en reist vlot door België
  • Vlotte kennis van de Nederlandse taal omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften, met een basiskennis van Frans en Engels
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
