Jobomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, organisatie en coördinatie van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking zodat alle betrokken partijen efficiënt en correct kunnen werken
  • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige opmetingen op de werf
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van een gedetailleerde planning
  • Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen
  • Uitwerken, beheren en verspreiden van plannen en technische schetsen naar interne medewerkers en onderaannemers
  • Toezien op een technisch correcte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werken
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Bouwkunde
  • Je kan terugblikken op minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en weet teams aan te sturen, te motiveren en verder te ontwikkelen
  • Je communiceert vlot en blijft stressbestendig in elke situatie
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Je werkt planmatig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bezit een grondig bouwtechnisch en ruimtelijk inzicht
  • Je hebt een degelijke kennis van de geldende bouwwetgeving
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een basiskennis van Engels, Frans en Duits
  • Je beschikt over een VCA-attest voor leidinggevenden en een EHBO-attest voor nijverheidshelpers
  • Je bent vertrouwd met tekenprogramma's (2D en 3D) en werkt vlot met Excel, Word en MS Project
